Nicole West, LMSW, LMAC-T

Welcome! I’m Nicole, and I’m grateful you’re here. I am a United States Army Veteran and a dedicated social worker committed to helping individuals build healthier, more fulfilling lives. I earned my Master of Social Work from Washburn University and have spent nearly three years gaining firsthand experience in community mental health and substance use treatment. My professional background includes extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Substance Use Counseling. Through this work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients as they navigate challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal change. I am also married to a fellow Army Veteran, and together we have been blessed with amazing children who inspire my passion for resilience, compassion, and family-centered support. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe in meeting people where they are and empowering them to recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create lasting progress. I look forward to connecting and being part of your journey.
